Donald V. Romanik

While at ECF, Mr. Romanik has stabilized its infrastructure, led a comprehensive strategic planning process, and developed partnerships and collaborations throughout the Church He is a proponent of lay leadership and the ministry of all the baptized. His book, Beyond the Baptismal Covenant: Transformational Lay Leadership for the Episcopal Church in the 21st Century, advocates for a new type of entrepreneurial priest and effective clergy+lay partnerships.
Special Projects Director (212) 870-2839 | email@example.com Kate, Special Projects Director, has been with ECF since 2008, supports the President, Board and Staff on all aspects of ECF’s strategy development and implementation and ensures that ECF’s emerging and developing program initiatives are aligned with ECF’s overall strategy and programs. In addition, she is the Project Director for ECF's Lilly Endowment Initiative "From Economic Challenges to Transformational Opportunities."
Prior to ECF, she was Vice President of the Church Pension Group’s Strategy & Service Development group, designing new services across all business units, and was a Vice President of the Commonfund, offering investment management to nonprofit institutions. She has over 40 years of experience in financial and resource development for diverse nonprofit institutions, and has an M.B.A. in finance and an M.S.W. from Fordham University. A life-long Episcopalian she attends St. James Church in Manhattan.

Before moving to New York, Charis worked at Council for World Mission in Singapore as Communications Manager and at Dorling Kindersley Publishers in New Delhi as Senior Editor. At ECF, she will be focused on strategic internal and external communications. While Charis has always enjoyed working in marketing and communications, her heart lies in social/new media and writing.
Craig A. Bossi
Chief Operating Officer (COO) & Vice President of Finance (212) 870-2845 | email@example.com Craig serves as Vice President of Finance and Chief Operating Officer for ECF. Prior to joining ECF Craig served as comptroller at The General Theological Seminary.
Previously he spent over 10 years on Wall Street as a managing director in corporate finance, specializing in technology-related mergers & acquisitions. Earlier Craig served as a director of financial and business planning for a satellite communications company and a computer hardware company. Craig received his B.A. from Haverford College and his MBA from Yale University. Craig resides in New York City.
Managing Program Director (212) 870-2847 | firstname.lastname@example.org Miguel is Managing Program Director for Leadership Resources and Communications and Marketing at the Episcopal Church Foundation (ECF).Miguel coordinates the communications and marketing efforts of ECF, as well as the team responsible for the online publication ECF Vital Practices, the Fellowship Partners Program, the Vestry Resource Guide, ECF's educational events, and a new initiative focused on forming strong leadership teams called Vital Teams.
From 2007 to 2010, Miguel served as Communications Assistant to the Most Rev. Katharine Jefferts Schori, Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church. Miguel serves on the board of directors of Forward Movement and serves on the advisory councils of Duke Divinity School's Leadership programs and the Office of Latino Ministries. Miguel graduated in 2007 with a Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary in New York.
Nancy M. Grizzaffi
Executive Assistant (212) 870-2871 | email@example.com Nancy Grizzaffi has worked for the Episcopal Church Foundation for nearly twenty-one years and serves as Executive Assistant to the President.
She manages the President’s calendar, including travel and scheduling appointments, assists with board meeting planning and events, and is responsible for gift processing and donor acknowledgments. Nancy received a BA from Herbert H. Lehman College - CUNY. Prior to joining the ECF team, she held the positions of assistant registrar and registrar for a proprietary school located in New York City.
Accounting Clerk (212) 870-2848 | firstname.lastname@example.org Ursula has been with ECF since 2006 and is responsible for track and report individual program expenditures and income, ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly vouchers; codify receipts for deposit and prepare deposit slips; prepare weekly checks and perform additional duties requested by management.
Prior to ECF Ursula ‘s experience included Grant allocations , Serve as primary point of contact for financial credit card reconciliation. She receive her BA from Autonoma University of Santo Domingo In Republica Dominicana
Administrative Assistant (212) 870-2861 | email@example.com Jun has been with ECF since 2009, providing administrative support to program staff. She assists with daily duties and is an all-around helper in the office.
She has three cats, one turtle and a husband named Richard. She received her BBA in Advertising and Promotions from Pace University and writes and illustrates children’s stories in her spare time.
Assistant Controller (212) 870-2853 | firstname.lastname@example.org Ferdinand has been with ECF since March, 2010. He is responsible for processing payroll and maintains employee records and benefits. He is also part of the day to day finance operations.
Prior to ECF, Ferdinand was the accountant for the Episcopal Church Building Fund for 22 years.
Amy R. Rome
Director of Development (212) 870-2856 | email@example.com Amy R. Rome brings extensive experience in development to ECF. Her career has included positions in education, at international organizations as well as those in the arts and culture, and in health.
She has worked with the William J. Clinton Foundation, the New York Philharmonic, AFS Intercultural Programs, the School of American Ballet at Lincoln Center, New York City Opera and the National Cancer Care Foundation, among other organizations. Amy has a BA from George Washington University and attended the Corcoran School of Art and Oxford University.
