Discernment asks, “What is God calling our ministry to accomplish?”

The discernment process is flexibly designed to help identify your needs, involve others in prayerful consideration of those needs, and communicate a collective vision for your campaign. ECF’s discernment services include:

• Preparing a strategy tailored to your size and communication style
• Conducting a communications audit and developing a communications plan
• Training discernment committee members to conduct small group meetings
• Facilitation of small or large group meetings of key constituencies to communicate the vision
• Assistance in writing, designing, and producing materials to support your plan
• Management oversight throughout the process
