Strategic Thinking with ECF
What is God calling your parish to be/do in a changing world? The Episcopal Church of the Holy Communion sought to answer that question after a clergy leadership transition. Over two years ago, the parish completed a Strategic Thinking process with the Episcopal Church Foundation and ultimately deepened its work by focusing on its missional identity and core values. The parish continues to meet and surpass its annual goals while its leadership makes real-time decisions based on objective, missional driven criteria.
