ECF President Donald V. Romanik blogs about the need to break away from a business as usual approach to the upcoming program year on ECF Vital Practices.

Citing some of  the critical challenges faced by Episcopal congregations, such as declining membership and limited financial resources, Donald suggests that leaders consider three key questions:

1. Where are we as a church?
2. Where do we want to go?
3. How do we get there?

Donald emphasizes the need for a thoughtful, prayerful, and deliberate process to empower congregations to pursue new mission opportunities.
