July 5, 2009, New York, NY – On July 5, 2009 ECF launched our new website, replacing the previous, at www.EpiscopalFoundation.org.

Throughout much of 2008, ECF was engaged in a strategic planning process that provided the opportunity to take stock, evaluate the impact of our work, listen to the people we serve, and chart a course that will help us live into our vision of being a comprehensive resource that helps revitalize Episcopal communities of faith. In anticipation of our 60th anniversary of empowering congregations, this process has helped us to discern how to most effectively continue our legacy of responding to the ever-changing needs of the Episcopal Church.

“As a holistic resource, ECF emphasizes the importance of the whole and the interdependence of its parts, providing practical tools and resources in a spiritually grounded way,” remarked Sally A. Skardon, Vice Chairperson, ECF Board of Directors.

We hope our new website will not only tell the story of the work we do and the people and organizations we serve, but as we move forward, also tell the stories of transformation and revitalization we hope to help bring about through our programs, products, and services.
