As part of ECF's on-going efforts to assist congregations in developing effective vestry leadership, this Fall we offered a new webinar: Sound Practices for Vestry Leaders.

This webinar was designed to help you understand roles, responsibilities, and best practices for vestries. Areas covered included how to move your vestry from a focus on day-to-day management or crisis response to a more effective leadership. Created for clergy, wardens, and vestry members, this webinar explore the role of the vestry in selecting new leadership, orienting new members, planning and evaluation, and supporting staff and volunteers.
